2 The packaging quality is good, its structure and closed form should be able to withstand normal storage, various operation risks under transportation conditions, and no leakage (spray) should occur due to changes in temperature, humidity or pressure; the packaging surface is clean and not allowed. Adhere to harmful hazardous substances.

3 The parts that are in direct contact with the contents should be coated or protected if necessary. The packaging material must not chemically react with the contents to form dangerous products or weaken the packaging strength:

4 The inner container should be fixed. In the case of friability, a gasket material or an absorbent material liner suitable for the nature of the contents should be used.

5 Containers containing liquids should be able to withstand the internal pressure generated under normal storage and transportation conditions. Adequate expansion allowance (reserved volume) must be left during filling. Generally, it should be ensured that the liquid contained in the container does not completely fill the container at 55 °C.

6 Packaging seals should be based on the nature of the contents of the product, using a tight seal, liquid seal and gas seal to ensure that the percentage of liquid (water, solvent and stabilizer) is kept within the specified range during storage.

7 The packaging of the pressure-relief device shall be designed and installed to prevent the leakage of the contents and the entry of foreign substances. The amount of gas discharged shall not cause danger and pollute the environment.

8 The inner packaging and packaging of the composite packaging shall be closely fitted, and the outer packaging shall not have the protrusion of the inner container.

9 All packaging (including new packaging, reusable packaging and repaired packaging) should meet the requirements for the packaging performance test for hazardous chemicals.

(2) Safety requirements for packaging containers for hazardous chemicals

Different packaging containers, in addition to meeting the general technical requirements of packaging, must also meet their respective safety requirements according to their own characteristics. As the material of the dangerous chemical packaging container, steel, aluminum, plastic, glass, ceramics, etc. are used more, and the shape of the container is mostly in the shape of a barrel, a box, a can, an altar, and the like. When selecting the material and shape of the hazardous chemical container, the characteristics of the packaged hazardous chemicals, such as corrosion, reactivity, toxicity, oxidizing, etc., as well as packaging requirements and packaging conditions, such as pressure, temperature and humidity, should be fully considered. , light, etc., at the same time require the selected packaging materials and the formed container to have sufficient strength, in the handling, stacking, collision, can not be damaged and cause the leakage of the packaging.

(3) Packaging marks and marking codes for hazardous chemicals

a. For the packaging of dangerous chemicals, the packaging mark specified by the state must be selected according to the dangerous characteristics. When a hazardous chemical crystal has more than one hazard, the primary marker is used to indicate the primary hazard category and the secondary marker is used to indicate important other hazard categories.

b. The application of chemical safety labels on the packaging of hazardous chemicals is an important method for the safe management of hazardous chemicals in the country. Safety labels must be produced in accordance with the requirements of the “Regulations for the Preparation of Chemical Safety Labels”.

b. The packaging container marking code is indicated by an Arabic numeral. The single package model consists of an Arabic number and an English letter. The English letter indicates the material of the packaging container. The parallel Arabic numerals on the left side represent the type of packaging container. The Arabic numerals at the bottom right of the English letters represent the different types of openings in the same type of packaging container.
